In 2016 Becca Impello collaborated with Kim Drye of HereNowYoga to offer Birmingham’s first alignment-based 200-hour yoga teacher training to capacity attendance. They will offer the training again in 2017.
Heavily focused on alignment and anatomy, the asana training in this program will ensure you learn to move well– with purpose, intention and individualized progression. Together we will explore the depths of yogic philosophy, meditation and pranayama to reveal the many therapeutic benefits of regular yoga practice. By emphasizing safe alignment and pose modifications, this training will enable you to offer supportive and specific guidance to a wide variety of people.
